This is a nightmare I had a few nights ago. My fiance woke me up and said that I was making strange noises. Usually when I do that, I am trying to wake myself up. I remember the dream starting while I was in an old house of mine. There were a few people there from my father's church. I do not really like church people. Anyway. Apparently, it was my job to watch over this one room until my stepmother got back from shopping. There were bunk beds in the room and a dresser, I think. Everyone left the house and I was the only one left. They told me that if I was not careful, that I could accidentally invoke demonic spirits while they were gone. They told that the house had been previously haunted. I waited for a little while and stood in the same spot in the room. After awhile of waiting for them to get back, I became more and more uneasy. There was a sense of eeriness flooding the house. I was alone but I felt like I was being watched. Then, out of nowhere, I hear a woman's voice calling my name. I did not like that at all. It felt like there were tortured souls all over the house and their loneliness pulled on me and drug me down. There were lonely voices calling out to me from all directions and I felt like I was the one who had brought them in. Before I knew it, I was on the floor, on my back, screaming for help. No one could hear me and I could not wake myself up from the dream. My fiance finally woke me up and said I had been struggling in my sleep and wheezing. Thank <PERSON> he woke me. I do not know what was so scary about the dream but it smothered me.
