<PERSON> Sigh. I laid in bed, literally, from 12:30am until after 5 before I fell asleep. Wtf, insomnia. I was so tired. I had to cancel my hair appointment this morning so I could get a little bit more sleep. Despite all that, I did have a couple of dreams. I was in a HUGE cabin with <PERSON>. We were on vacation or something. The cabin was dark on the inside, and it was nighttime outside. I hugged <PERSON> and commented on the weight he had lost (he is very big in waking life), and that my arms could fit all the way around him. There was a muppet-looking goat there, almost looked like a ram. I "remembered" when there had been another goat there, named <PERSON>, but she had died of old age. Anyway, the cabin had been left alone for a very long time, so the muppet-goat/ram had been left to his own devices. He had taken over my bed, but he surprisingly did not chew anything up. I examined wires and stuff to see if he had chewed through anything, but he had not. I decided to name the goat <PERSON>. At some point, I went to sleep, and had a VERY realistic nightmare-within-a-dream. We were hearing noises, but dismissed them as ordinary creaks you would hear in any old house. Then, I saw a light come on in one of the rooms, which came from the bathroom. I heard a toilet flush as well. I started freaking out saying "<PERSON>, someone is here, someone is here!". We were frozen to the spot. A man stepped out of the room. He looked middle-aged, and looked like a hiker or a hunter. He said he had just been passing through and needed to use the restroom. He started to walk out the door of the cabin, when he turned around and pulled out an ax. We ran, and he chased us. He took <PERSON> down by hitting him in the leg with the ax, and I made it to the stairs before he buried the ax into my leg as well. I remember trying to will myself to wake up, but it felt so real, I did not think it was going to work, and that we were done for. I woke up in the dream very paranoid, and asked <PERSON>, who was on the porch, to please make sure all the doors were locked. The goat was now a cat, who looked just like my kitten in waking life, <PERSON>. At some point, <PERSON> wanted to go for a walk on The Greenway, a walking trail in our town in waking life. It closes at sundown, so we started sneaking in over some rocks and bushes. A cop car started to come so I dove in between some rocks to hide myself the best I could. ~ I know this one was longer, and I should have written it down as soon as I woke up, but I did not -_-, so I only remember hearing the song "How to Save a Life" by The Fray, and trying to figure out if it came out in 2005 or 2006. This insomnia stuff is driving me crazy. It is been going on for awhile now. I have always been a light sleeper and I have always had sleeping problems, but never to this extent. Maybe I am just getting old, haha. I am about to go post something in the Sleep and Health forum, I am sure you guys have some good advice for me, you always do.
